Long-term Nanny

The nannies we choose to work with have a wide range of talents and skills they are excited to share with your children, and are excited to learn and mirror your family’s parenting philosophies.

Family Assistant

For families looking for more holistic care with their household in addition to childcare, or a second set of hands with the day-to-day, family assistants are a wonderful solution. Family assistants split their duties between childcare and other household responsibilities (including laundry, meal preparation, light housekeeping, organizing, and other tasks.)

Household Manager

A household manager holds the many moving pieces of your home (or homes) together. Typical responsibilities include managing family calendars and travel plans, overseeing large household projects with vendors and contractors, coordinating and managing other members of household staff, event planning and coordination, and much more.

Newborn Care Specialist, Newborn Night Nanny, or Postpartum Doula

Newborn care specialists are highly educated and trained on everything newborn and infant-care related and provide infant care, typically working overnight or full-day shifts for six weeks to six months. They provide expertise in all aspects of newborn care including creating a schedule and routine, sleep training, feeding support, parental education, bottle preparation, light housekeeping (related to the baby) and training other family members or members of household staff on infant care and developmental milestones. Newborn night nannies typically work overnight shifts to give parents some much-needed shut-eye while following a schedule set by the family. A postpartum doula is trained and educated to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to families after birth, assisting with task, offering guidance, and nurturing the new parents and their baby during the postpartum period.

Temporary or Summer Nanny

Temporary or summer nannies are available to care for your children for set periods of time, whether it’s providing coverage during your nanny’s paid time off or parental leave, providing care during the summer, or while your family enjoys an extended trip to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Private Educator

Our private educators are ready to help your children with homeschooling, facilitating distance learning, traveling with your family, and homework, providing individualized support and enrichment. They often come from backgrounds as tutors, credentialed teachers, college-educated nannies, and homeschool teachers.
