Minimum Requirements

Trusted Nanny Match is excited to work with candidates from all backgrounds and walks of life. To be considered for any of our opportunities, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

 
 

Minimum of 3 years of paid, professional relevant experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for friends or family members)

Legal U.S. work authorization

Willingness to be paid legally, or “on the books” as a W-2 employee

At least 3 exemplary relevant references

For long-term positions, the ability to commit to the position for at least one year

Non-smoker

High school graduate or equivalent

Proficiency in written and spoken English

For positions requiring driving, valid driver’s license and safe driving record

TrustLine certified or willing to complete registration (childcare positions)

Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified (childcare positions)

Positive and professional approach to childcare

The first step is to submit an application. Once we’ve had a chance to review your information, we’ll schedule a phone call to get to know you a little more and walk you through our process and answer any questions you may have. From there, we’ll find a time to virtually meet you face-to-face and get to know more about your goals in your next position and approach to childcare.

We will check your references and complete our screening process, and begin letting you know as new jobs are available that match your skills and priorities.

We’ll begin introducing you to families and jump in to help schedule interviews and paid trials. We will check in with you along the way to gauge interest and fit.

Once you and a family have mutually decided to move forward in the hiring process, we’ll provide guidance to the family to make sure your written employment offer covers all of your questions and conveys the nature of the position.
