With Clients and Candidates (as part of the placement process)

To facilitate a match, we share relevant professional and contact information between client families and candidate nannies/household staff. We share only what is necessary and appropriate for the placement.

We work with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our business, including background check companies, Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), email communications platforms, and other service providers. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.

With Professional Associations

We participate in industry organizations such as APNA (Association of Premier Nanny Agencies). We do not share personal client or candidate data with these organizations without your consent.

For Legal Reasons

Candidate and client placement records are generally retained for a minimum of three (3) years following placement or the last interaction, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law.

No Fully Automated Decisions
