These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.

AI-Enabled Features

Trusted Nanny Match uses artificial intelligence tools to support certain aspects of our placement services. These features may include candidate matching assistance, communication drafting, and other operational functions designed to improve the quality and speed of our service.

How AI Is Used

  • Candidate Matching: AI tools may assist us in identifying candidate profiles that align with a family's stated needs and preferences. All final placement decisions are made by our human team.

  • Communications Assistance: We may use AI tools to help draft or refine internal and client-facing communications. Content is always reviewed by a staff member before being sent.

  • Operational Support: AI may be used for internal workflows such as summarizing notes or organizing information within our systems.

No Fully Automated Decisions

We do not make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review. Our team is always involved in placement determinations.

Third-Party AI Tools

Some AI features may be powered by third-party providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and are not permitted to use it to train their models without appropriate consent. We will update this section if our use of AI tools materially changes.

09

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults (families seeking placement services and adult job candidates). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
